The Wildbräu beer range is simply brilliant! Every sip proves the master brewer's excellent craftsmanship, regardless of whether it is the light beer, wheat beer, Zwickl or dark beer! In addition, the Bavarian reference and the story behind the brewery is simply unique! It's great to be able to taste part of Bavaria's brewing history so well and often!

There is a new series of beer mats from Wildbräu (15 different motifs). The lady in the shop initially looked at me in disbelief that there really were weirdos like me who were interested in this. In short, she immediately marched me to the camp so that I could put together the appropriate series there. In my opinion, really great customer service. Once again, thank you very much for your time. And then a well-chilled “master brew”,🍺

Good beer - bad customer support. We used to be able to buy Wildbräu in the regional Edeka Gersthofen. An offer that I was happy to take up. However, at some point in 2022, the beer was delisted without me noticing. What a shame! Thank goodness Wildbräu has an online drinks menu. Find it there (today, September 20, 2023): -Edeka Gersthofen (hasn't sold the beer for a long time) -Beverage market Roland Schneider e.K. (only the festival beer was in the range, I drove there specifically, half an hour by car) -LBM Augsburg Göggingen, the market has not existed for 8 years. It is now called the Drinks Island of Augsburg. I asked there. Answer: Wildbräu not in the range. OK all clear. You can't rely on the card. On April 21, 2023 I wrote an email asking where I could get the master brew and the light beer. To date no answer. Since the Wildbräu team makes really good videos on social media, I tried it via Instagram (August 11, 2023). On August 16, 2023, I received a response saying that the sales manager is on vacation, but I will be contacted when he returns. At first I was very happy about that. On September 5th I asked how long the sales manager would be on vacation -> received no answer. On September 17th I answered myself on Instagram: "Apparently for months... It's a shame. I would have been very happy to get information here." Conclusion: I don't live in the main catchment area of Wildbräu, but according to the drinks menu I should still have a fairly good supply of beer here. The beer is really excellent, but perhaps you shouldn't just focus on social media videos, but also don't forget the end customer if they have a concern or update the drinks market list from time to time. If I come across Wildbräu beer somewhere again, I'll buy a supply straight away. But otherwise the search is unfortunately over for me.
